What to Expect Risk registers get completed. Risk meetings get scheduled. Yet on many projects, the team still treats risk management as someone else's job. This session moves beyond tools and templates to explore the human side of risk: how leaders, project managers, and teams build environments where surfacing uncertainty is expected, rewarded, and acted upon.
Who Should Attend Especially valuable for project managers, PMO leaders, program managers, and team leads who manage people as well as plans. Also valuable for anyone pursuing or renewing the PMI-RMP credential. |
