Presentation Abstract:
How have you established & maintained your PMO culture? What makes your PMO tick? The personality of each PMO and its PMs reflects its people, the company and its culture. What type of PMO are you? What routines, rites and rules do you have that instill camaraderie and make your PMO a place worth coming to work each day? The Roundtable will discuss!
Meeting Format:
For over a two decades, the PMOR has been a unique forum that brings together PMO members from among the best known public and private institutions around Puget Sound for an interactive, spirited roundtable discussion. Participants contribute their own experiences and gain from others, all aimed at raising the quality and stature of the PMO function where they work. Come give us your two cents!
