PMO Roundtable - Preferred PMO Methodologies – Lean? Six Sigma? Agile? Critical Chain? Waterfall? Hybrid?”

Moderator: Jay Bakst

Presentation Abstract: ”What methodology does your PMO use? Has your PMO gone fully Agile? Still Waterfall? Somewhere in between (“Wagile”)? Do you use phases/gates to periodically validate project progress and manage costs? If so, how many, and why? If not, what’s working for your PMO? Members of the PMO Roundtable will share their experiences – successes, failures and lessons learned – and seek to learn where PMOs are headed.

Meeting Format:

This season, the PMO Roundtable (PMOR) will offer nine monthly meetings covering all the most critical topics that affect the PMO ranging from PMO startup to Portfolio and Resource Management to best practices for methodology, tools, templates, dashboards and metrics.
