Presentation Abstract:
”What methodology does your PMO use? Has your PMO gone fully Agile? Still Waterfall? Somewhere in between (“Wagile”)? Do you use phases/gates to periodically validate project progress and manage costs? If so, how many, and why? If not, what’s working for your PMO? Members of the PMO Roundtable will share their experiences – successes, failures and lessons learned – and seek to learn where PMOs are headed."

For over a decade, the PMOR has been a unique forum that brings together PMO members from among the best known public and private institutions around Puget Sound for an interactive, spirited roundtable discussion. Participants contribute their own experiences and gain from others, all aimed at raising the quality and stature of the PMO function where they work. Come give us your two cents!
