As an internal organization development manager, armed with new skills from a recent Master's Degree, and blessed with a savvy mentor, Chris Crosby worked on over 20 projects and initiatives over 4 years with 1 common denominator ─ they all succeeded!

The projects included:

• A 20 location and 7 country Oracle implementation.
• 6 R&D projects.
• New Bottle Cap machines.
• Plant integrations and mergers.
• Integration of Lean with change principles in a manufacturing plant.  

What did he do? Chris applied a set of systemic and socio-technical components to align and govern each project.

In this program participants will learn:

• The socio-technical check list used by Chris for project success.
• How to use the socio-technical check list.
• How to align any organization to a project or initiative.
• How to analyze a current project or initiative and develop strategies to increase implementation success.
