About Your Facilitator

Denise is a transformational coach, conference presenter, facilitator, trainer, consultant, and change leader. She believes in leading teams with love, compassion, and empathy, considering each individual and their unique skills and perspectives as a valuable part of the whole. She understands the necessity of psychological safety at work, and feels it is imperative that we make a concerted effort to create a safe, supportive, and inclusive work culture where all staff are valued for their unique contributions. Denise has worked with tribes, state and local government, businesses, and non-profits to facilitate change for over 20 years.
