This training will be conducted live via Zoom.
We are surrounded by Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, and Ambiguity -- we live in VUCA times. What can we do for ourselves and the organizations we work with to find our way forward? By treating disruption as a doorway to possibility, we can set the stage for diverse people to connect, imagine the future they want, and self-organize to create it. As more of us are equipped to show up with curiosity, compassion, and creativity, we can grow our collective capacity to thrive in any conditions. Learning to “engage emergence” -- to work constructively with disturbances and difference so that promising possibilities arise – better equips us to figure out what to do when we don’t know what to do. We’ll explore questions that matter to you using a framework for cultivating inclusive spaces that invite people to show up authentically, connect with each other, and discover what’s possible when we work together.
In this session, you will...
- Get clearer about what to do when you don’t know what to do by learning a constructive way to work with uncertainty and disruption.
- Learn some basics for hosting conversations that matter based in complexity and emergence.
- Increase your capacity to show up with curiosity, compassion, and creativity.
