” How does your PMO manage resources? Do you manage from within the PMO or is your best practice to separate resource management from your PMO? What are your best techniques for ensuring you have the right kind of resources with the right skillsets at the right time?”

For over a decade, the PMOR has been a unique forum that brings together PMO members from among the best known public and private institutions around Puget Sound for an interactive, spirited roundtable discussion. Participants contribute their own experiences and gain from others, all aimed at raising the quality and stature of the PMO function where they work. Come give us your two cents!
