The Agile Mid-Day Tea & Coffee Break
An informal forum designed for project management professionals to unwind, connect, and recharge while delving into all things Agile. This bi-weekly gathering allows participants to come together over a relaxing cup of tea or coffee to engage in open discussions about Agile frameworks, troubleshoot implementation challenges, and foster a culture of adaptability and innovation. In a non-structured format, attendees are encouraged to share experiences, exchange insights, and seek peer support in a supportive and collaborative environment. Whether you want to explore new Agile methodologies, brainstorm solutions to common obstacles, or connect with like-minded professionals, the Agile Mid-Day Tea & Coffee Break provides a welcoming space to relax, learn, and grow together.

If you have a PMI certification, you may earn 1 PDU in Ways of Working (Agile and Hyper Agile).
Objectives:
1. Framework Exploration: Explore various Agile frameworks and methodologies to broaden understanding and provide insights into their applicability in different project management contexts.
2. Troubleshooting Skills: Develop troubleshooting skills by discussing common challenges and obstacles encountered during Agile implementation and brainstorming effective solutions.
3. Implementation Insights: Share practical implementation experiences and lessons learned from Agile projects to enhance knowledge and inform decision-making in future endeavors.
4. Culture Adaptability: Foster adaptability to diverse organizational cultures by examining case studies and success stories of Agile transformations and discussing strategies for effectively navigating cultural barriers.
Innovation Promotion: Promote innovation within project management practices by exploring emerging trends, tools, and techniques in Agile and encouraging experimentation and creativity in problem-solving approaches.
About our facilitator: Jeff Crowl

Jeff is a seasoned project management professional adept at navigating the complexities of evolving organizations. With over a decade of experience across diverse sectors, including Fitness, Banking/Finance, IT, Healthcare, and Non-Profit organizations, he fosters consensus and engagement among teams and stakeholders. Whether the project demands Scrum, Waterfall, or an agile hybrid approach, Jeff is well-equipped to ensure his clients' success. Beyond project management, Jeff is increasingly drawn to leveraging his expertise in Environmental, Social, & Governance (ESG) towards sustainability consulting, reflecting his commitment to positively impacting the world. Jeff is an active volunteer with Puget Sound PMI in his spare time, contributing to the project management community by sharing insights on agile and Scrum methodologies. He is highlighted by an impressive array of certifications, including SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM), Advanced Certified Scrum Master (A-CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP-SM), and PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).
Registration is a set fee for Chapter Members and Non-members.
